Retrospecting the Childhood

An uninteresting afternoon (Usually the post-lunch sessions) in office at DHL.With some people busy in their work,with little murmurs all around the place.A discussion just hapenned to spur up of nowhere,it took us way back into our memories.Memories that were treasured for long and no matter how much ever we move forward will stay with us forever.The discussion started with yester years chocolates.The days of when parle kismi bar and the orange flavored confectionary were the hot shots.with every child dying to get hands on one of those.The Re 1 pepsi was every childs preference (the orange,black and the white ones being the most common and you cannot out rule those have milk those were amazing with a sign of prosperity or attached to it.)By this time our mouth already started watering.The discussion started with three failing to realise that it extened to six.Everyone giving input so that their favorite childhood toffee is not missed out.The discussion changed tracks to how we as kids would fear our parents.Engage in feats that we knew would land us in trouble.Trying to lie for sometime,finally to discover ourselves in a messy situation.Gone are those days.Today we are enjoying much more social status then we ever did.But the richness of life has degraded.However hard you try you are not contened.Stressed by the fact that,in the mid of the discussion mouth already started watering. This has not happened for long.THis is what is our actual want or desire but we are running hard for god damn what???
